Pre-Enrollment Form

2008 – 2009 School Year

1. Completely fill out the Pre-Enrollment Form NOW to ensure formal enrollment preference which takes place in the order we receive the form.
   
   
2. Attend one School Orientation – Dates for orientation sessions will be posted on the website and sent via email or regular mail to pre-enrolled families.
   
   
3. Schedule an Interview with a school representative – Interviews will begin in June 2008.
   
   
4. Complete an Enrollment Packet and return to the school within the Enrollment Period. Enrollment Packets are given to families at the completion of the interview with the school representative.

Students are not considered "fully enrolled" until the Enrollment Process has been completed. Enrollment Packets must be submitted prior to June 15, 2008 for the 2008 – 2009 school year. Students will be enrollment in the order that enrollment packets are verified as "complete". If the number of applicants received prior to the start of the school year exceeds capacity, E-TECHS will place excess applicants into a "wait-list" lottery. Should space become available prior to school starting, students will be selected by lottery to fill the space.

PLEASE NOTE: If space becomes available after the start of the school year, students will be selected by Wait List Lottery. Because of the intensity of our academic program, new students will NOT be permitted to enroll in the middle of the semester. All new students will start at the beginning of a new semester.
