E-TECHS is a public charter school. As such, the Governing Body of a public charter school is considered a "Public Body" and is regulated by the Nevada Revised Statutes, the Nevada Administrative Code, and the Nevada Open Meeting Law. All Governing Body Members serve voluntarily as individuals, and not as representatives of any agency, business or organization.
E-TECHS was founded by a group of local community leaders dedicated to student achievement. The current members of the Governing Body and their credentials are:
